January favourites

Really can’t believe that we are in February already, how fast has that gone. January has been good to me this year, I’ve started this new blog, spent time with friends and had my 10 year anniversary with Kristopher…… I can’t believe how quick that went.

The Kiko radiance boost face base has given my skin such a pick me up on these dull, dark cold mornings, it’s perfect for people with dry sensitive skin and is super affordable at 12.90. I love the contrast of the gun metal coloured lid against the white tube, so simple but so effective.

The first time i used a toner i think i was about 16, i think i only used it a handful of times and then just stopped using it and i think throughout the 9 years since then I’ve only ever bought some and used some a couple of times too. Last year i heard so many good things about the Pixi glow tonic and because i wanted to up my skincare routine i decided to take the plunge and buy it. Throughout  January i have continues to use it and think that its absolutely amazing! I use it as my second cleanse. The only thing im not too keen on is the smell, but i can get over that and its not even that bad.

Man i love a Zoella product, the smell, the cute packaging, the price, everything about them. I also love a good hand cream. As its been quite chilly recently my hands have been sooo chapped and sore and in desperate need of some TLC and this is when I’ve been heading for the Zoella hand cream. If you’ve read my Top 3 Winter staples then you will know how much of a life saver this hand cream has  been for me.

At the start of the year I always love to wear nude nails, they make me feel so fresh and ready to take on the year ahead. Barry M, Nails Inc and China Glaze have been my favourite brands to go too.

One series I’ve loved watching on Netflix is Witches of the East End, i binged watched it in the afternoons and think i must of got through 2 series in a week. Its based on modern family of witches. So if you like things like this then defo go check it out. I highly recommend.
